What is the turnaround time ?
We recommend a two week period from when the impression is taken. If you do need the case back faster please let us know and we will do our best achieve this date.

Is there a pickup and delivery service ?
Yes Raven dental prides itself on being able to provide pickups and deliveries to all local surgeries.

How do I pay ?
Payments can be make either by cheque, money order, or direct bank deposit.

How do you handle remakes/fixes ?
On the rare occasion this does happen, all you have to do is send us the original case, a new impression and an explanation as to what has occurred. If it is our fault we will redo the case no questions asked and at no extra cost.

How does the five year guarantee work?
All cases that are received by Raven dental are logged into a database with detailed information. We store each case on this data base for a minimum of five years. These records show us critical details of the each case and can be used to see what amount of warranty is remaining.
